Webb Wilder Myspace Page – Doors at 8pm – Show at 9 pm Entry $15
Hardly a purist, he has described the music he and his band, The Beatnecks, make as, “Rock for Roots fans and Roots for Rock fans.” In essence: Rock and Roll. There’s nothing new about combining R & B, Rock and Roll, Country, Blues, Pop and Rock. The Rolling Stones and the Beatles proved that it can yield marvelous and diverse results. I said he wasn’t a PURIST. I didn’t say he wasn’t very PICKY about the quality of the music. That includes everything from the sonics of the recordings, the choice of players, the influences he draws on, the songs he chooses to cover, or how attentive he is to the craftsmanship of his own songs.

Brother Dege w/ Like Trains and Taxis
Brother Dege is a musician and writer. Born/Raised in Louisiana. Like the possessed love child of Son House and Lenard Cohen, he plays a post-Americana style of Delta Blues filtered through punk rock, Sabbath, and a bunch of cool books. Minus the white-guy blues cheese. He is a founding member of the swamp/psych band Santeria. And Black Bayou Construkt. The future is unwritten.

Two Tons of Steel

If there’s one thing Texans love, it’s a good party. But if you ask self-respecting Lone Star carousers what turns a bash into a blast, they won’t say beer or barbecue. They know it all comes down to the music. And there’s one band that can rouse revelers like no other: Two Tons of Steel.
Two Tons’ rambunctious brand of country-rooted rock has been inspiring listeners in the great republic — and far beyond — for more than two decades, and with its 10th album, NOT THAT LUCKY, the band is ready to throw its weight around even more.

Ten High Farewell Show w/ Brian Capps
After almost 7 years of making music, playing for people who shared their love for honest tunes, and spinning memories while crooning their countrified rock n roll, Ten High will be playing its final show Friday, Feb. 19th at The Gramophone. It’s been a wild ride and we want to celebrate the evening with our supportive followers!
This set will include the entire Country Hamfisting album, as well as classic Ten High numbers you can stomp yer feet to! We’re also hoping for a few guest appearances by folks who have played with Ten High over the years and contributed to the album.
If you haven’t gotten your copy of the album, every Ten High fan will receive a CD after the show - just swing by & ask the band for one!
Thank you all for your support and encouragement over the years. We look forward to one more round of raucous fun with you!

Strawfoot w/ Waterstreet
“There is a dark side to “Americana” and Strawfoot might be the premiere storytellers of that underbelly.” -Jim Utz, Vintage Vinyl
Come catch gothic country act Strawfoot!
Originally formed by the two front-men lead guitarists, Evan Hand and Joe Shadid, WATERSTREET has evolved into a 4-piece rock band with bassist, Mike Crusen, and drummer, Rob Gould. Their popularity in the midwest is growing at a rapid rate. The years of writing music and playing gigs has set WATERSTREET apart from many other bands their age. WATERSTREET fans run the gamut, from expert musicians to the most novice music fan. The band’s youth is key in connecting with a teen audience, while their knowledge of music attracts an older crowd who is impressed with the group’s classic sound. No matter where they perform, a person will never see an unenthusiastic live show by WATERSTREET.
