Performing Live at the Gramohone
Chris Ayer w/ Sheila Shahpari & Will Saulsbery
Chris Ayer is a Brooklyn, NY-based singer-songwriter. He was the 2006 Lennon Award winner in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, in the Folk category, but to pigeonhole him as a folkie doesn’t tell the whole story. Elements of pop, rock, country and even jazz permeate Chris Ayer’s sound. His new album “Don’t Go Back To Sleep” comes out this summer, and he’ll be on the road playing shows throughout 2009.
